Length: 1.1-1.45m (3’8"-4’10")

Height: 65-100 cm (26-40")

Tail: 30-35 cm (12-14")

Weight: 25-80 kg (55-176 lb.)

Status: common

Habitat: edges of forests, rainforests, montane forests, forested savannas and bush; not often seen in the Serengeti-Mara but present; more commonly encountered on the slopes of Ngorongoro Crater

Role: herbivore

Food: Bush bucks are mixed feeders and eat grasses, foliage, herbs, fruits and flowers.
