Habitat: These monkeys live in all types of closed forests including acacia woodlands to 4 500 meters (15,000’). There may be as many as 300 per square kilometer (700/square mile).

Role: herbivore

Food: eats fruits, invertebrates and leaves

Predators: leopards, large birds of prey and snakes
